The hotel had a great location near attractions.
The check-in process was strange and frustrating. There was also no onsite management, causing confusion during our arrival. Worst of all, the neighborhood felt quite unsafe, which made my group very uncomfortable throughout our stay.

hilton bed & breakfast is situated close to the heart of the city. the room with jacuzzi was simply amazing. the owner was incredibly helpful, even offering breakfast every day and keeping our luggage after checkout. we felt well taken care of during our stay.

I absolutely loved the Deluxe Room with the jacuzzi. it felt so luxurious and relaxing. The owner went above and beyond for us, offering breakfast daily and keeping our luggage safe after check-out. The daily cleaning was spot on, making the room feel fresh throughout our stay. We appreciated the nice renovations in the room, and the WiFi worked perfectly. However, I did encounter a few issues. The bed sagged a bit, which made it less comfortable. The advertised private parking ended up costing more than expected, and there was no free water provided, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these glitches, I would definitely come back next time I’m in Napoli.
